Builder Supply Donation Agreement

As a builder we (builders legal business name) _________________________________________

agree to allow (rescue name) _________________________________ to collect scrap material from our building sites for animal rescue and development purposes.

Scrap material is defined as follows (attach additional sheet if necessary):

In return for such building supply donations we understand that we will receive a Donation Accounting Statement that may be used for tax purposes to record such business donations were such material will be itemized with a fair market value attached to each item grouping.

In the event there is any misunderstanding with this agreement or any item collected under this agreement we understand that we have a right to request the return of any item or group of items within 72 hours from the signoff date listed on the Donation Accounting Statement. We further understand that if such is requested we will return the original Donation Accounting Statement and request a revised statement minus any requested material returned.
