Pit Bull Friendly Housing Housing issues are the #1 reason why Pit Bull owners turn their Pit Bulls over to humane care pet organizations. If you are a Pit Bull owner or seek to be it is important to understand the housing environment in which you live and will be living for the next 15 years is the most important factor one Many housing providers are not friendly to the breed and will either force you to get rid of a Pit Bull or evict you for owning one. Because housing is based on such a regional basis it is very hard for us to try and provide Pit Bull friendly housing resources. Because this is such an issue however we are undertaking an experiment that will allow our readers to update us on housing they know is friendly to the American Pit Bull Terrier ( APBT ) breed. This is a work in progress so please be patient as we work to begin the necessary steps to implement this program. Our expected timeline for this project is to have it set up in its first testing phase in the next 3 months.
